Parties and banquets
Our Banquet Room can accommodate groups of up to 55 people. Our minimum requirement is 20 people on weekdays and 25 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The maximum number of people for Friday and Saturday night (after 5 pm) is 30, we only rent the Bear’s Den on these nights. The room is ideal for Sports Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal & Baby Showers, Office Parties, Meetings, Birthday Parties, Christmas Parties, Graduations, and any other occasion you may need. For any occasion, the room is a great place for quality food with a fun, relaxing atmosphere.
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking (All December parties subject to a $200 deposit). A full deposit refund will be deducted upon completion of your function. No deposit will be refunded for cancellation.
Full payment of banquet is due the day of the function. Payments accepted in Cash OR Credit Cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER). No Checks will be accepted for final payment.
Guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed one week before the function date. You are required to pay for the guaranteed number of guests regardless of the final count. If the final count exceeds the guaranteed number of guests you will also be required to pay for any additional guests.
*Due to insurance liability and Health Department regulations, only store or bakery cakes will be allowed. Price per person does not include 6% sales tax and 18% Gratuity Prices subject to change without notice.
